Grasim Industries: Grasim Industries announced that its chemical division has successfully commissioned additional 123,000 tons? annual capacity of advanced materials (Epoxy Resins and Formulation) manufacturing capacity at Vilayat, Gujarat.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories: The company, through its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary Dr. Reddy?s Laboratories, Inc., has acquired 1,014,442 preferred A-1 shares (equivalent to 6.46% stake) of Edity Therapeutics. Edity Therapeuticsis is an Israel based development stage biotechnology company.

Godrej Properties: The company has acquired 4 acres of land parcel, having a developable potential of approximately 0.7 million square feet saleable area, in Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, through an outright purchase for the development of premium residential apartments.

SRF: The company said that the Fluorocarbon Refrigerant Gas Capacity expansion project (HFC) has been commissioned and capitalized on 30 December 2023 at an aggregate cost of Rs. 317 crore.

Alkem Laboratories: The company informed that it has sold St. Louis manufacturing facility situated in USA to New Mill Capital Holdings for USD 7,960,000.00.

Edelweiss Financial Services: The company said that its debenture fund raising committee of the board has approved to raise Rs 250 crore through public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

KPI Green Energy: The board of KPI Green Energy recommended issuing one bonus equity shares for every two shares held (1:2).

PTC Industries: The company announced that its board will meet on Wednesday, 03 January 2024 to consider proposal of raising funds by issuing equity shares.

SJVN: SJVN announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy has commissioned 75 megawatt (MW) Gurhah solar power project located in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh.

GPT Infraprojects: The company said that it has been declared L1 (first lowest) for construction of 4 lane bypass from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on EPC mode.
